Verified accounts, ledger rules, and express audit checkout.
Who can add to the ledger?
Only registered users with a verified email. Each entry is tied to your account for moderation and legal compliance; public ledger entries show your chosen display name, not your email.
Saved places across devices
When you sign in, SpatialDue stores your primary market city, last searched building, map search coordinates, ledger browse filters, and watched addresses on your account. The same context restores when you sign in on another browser or device. Review or change your market under Account settings; watched buildings appear under My watches.
When does SpatialDue show a survival score?
Scores appear only on completed express audits backed by verified pipeline output never as homepage or map placeholders. Ledger entries alone do not publish a score.
Why was my comment blocked?
Automated moderation blocks personal names, insults, and non-business attacks. Reframe your input around lease terms, building condition, traffic quality, and operational constraints.
Checkout account
Paying for an express audit uses the same account as the ledger. Email verification unlocks payment after you accept buyer terms in the checkout modal.
Phone numbers
We do not collect phone numbers.
